Anse des Cascades, Sainte-Rose

#1 of 6 in Things to do in Sainte-Rose
Must see · Nature / Park · Wildlife Area
Anse des Cascades offers a rare opportunity to observe waterfalls springing from the face of a cliff directly into the sea. The rocky edifice resembles a chunk of Swiss cheese, with water spouting from its many holes. Even though the parking area is just a few minutes away, the site feels hidden and secluded. Walk down to the rocky beach, which lies just off the main road, or find a picnic spot under a coconut tree. The area boasts a small fishing port, several cafes, and a restaurant.
