Trip Planner: Europe / Poland / Southern Poland / Lesser Poland Province / Zakopane / Aqua Park Zakopane
At Aqua Park Zakopane, swim in a geothermal pool with a view of the highest Polish mountains, including the famous Mountain Giewont. The park features a sports pool, recreation pool with hydro water jets, slides, cascades, underwater lounger, and paddling pool. Check out the wild river, which is supposed to imitate a rapid, mountain stream with many curves and a strong current. Have a hydro massage, or relax in hot tubs and saunas. Bring your own towels to the sauna, or you will have to pay to use one. Amenities also include a sea-water hot tub, restaurant, and diving classes for children and adults. Aqua Park Zakopane Reviews
Visited this aqua park in the afternoon after skiing to relax the mussels. This aqua park is not big, but good enough for 2-3 hrs stay. Using sauna facilities requires extra charges, towel and no... more »
We were here with my friends and it was very nice time. I totally recommend this place to families with children. We did not try wellness because of the lack of time so I hope we can do that next... more »
Place itself was all right, but extremely busy, which is understandable, it is main attraction when it rains, and that is the whole problem. Parking is microscopic, queue to get tickets took oven one hour, changing rooms were the least organized I have ever seen. Swimming pool and everything else in the swimming pool was nice, but nobody followed any rules. At the end I need to review restaurant, food itself was very good, but most of the dishes were not available and there was no vegetarians options, apart from thinks like fries or potato cakes.
We exited some seconds over our prepaid one hour time and they immediately asked for additional payment. When we expressed our surprise at this, the lady became aggressive and standoffish. The extra charge in of itself wasn't so much the issue (although a place like this should have at least 2-5 min grace period), it was the attitude that is the letdown.
