  • People and dogs were really friendly. They have around a hundred dogs with each sleigh being drawn by eight dogs. The ride took us through the woods in deep snow and covered a good few miles...  more »
  • Did the husky sled experience and overnight in a tipi with meals. If you only do one thing in Alta, do this ! Looks harder than it is and the staff are great. The tipi, although small, is very cosy.....  more »

  • Stopped by here after spending the night at the Sorrisneva igloo hotel for a dog sled ride. It was AWESOME! The staff were great and even made sure we made it to the airport on time for our flight immediately after our excursion. The dogs were really friendly and we got to play with the puppies before we left which was a huge bonus. The lodge provides thermal suits, hats, mittens, and boots for the sled rides which is also a huge plus. We will definitely do this again and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for some awesome outdoor adventure.
  • Visited for a 'Husky Cart' drive and ride experience during a cruise ship stop in Alta. It was a truly fantastic and memorable experience. The dogs were so friendly, the staff so welcoming and knowledgeable. Scenery was brilliant (snow and sunshine). Cannot fault any part of the experience. For a memory of a lifetime this is a must do experience when visiting Alta.
