Hagley Park Reviews

Hagley park is een zeer groot park. Het sluit aan op de botanische tuinen van Christchurch. Prachtige Engels ontwerp met grasvlakten, vijvers, boompartijen en wandelpaden. Waard om te bezoeken! more »Hagley Park is a very large park. It joins Christchurch Botanic Gardens. Beautiful English design with grass plains, ponds, tree parties and hiking trails. Worth to visit!
Awesome place to visit on a sunny day! With the golf course and Victoria Lake nearby there is always a great place to eat lunch or enjoy the day. Trees are planted on the edges of the whole park and in the summer the cicadas get loud around that area. The botanical gardens and car park are also situated very close to the Victoria Lake which is my personal favorite place to sit around. Overall Hagley Park is a great place to visit and I highly recommend to anybody having a look around Christchurch in general.
This is great park, both for biking through and for events. The paths are wide and smooth and great for biking to the city on. The events hosted here are great, I've been to Sparks in the park and Christmas in the Park a number of times and loved them. Would definitely recommend a visit.
