  • Our wine tasting evening with Anthony was lovely. The wine was superb and his knowledge, charisma and entusiasm was even better. Well worth the price. X  more »
  • We had a wonderful time with Anthony and Peter this evening, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Anthony's knowledge and guidance were exceptional and we all learned a huge amount about wine....  more »
  • We happened to squeeze in for a Saturday evening tour/tasting. Anthony was so informative and hospitable. Overall, an educational experience—highly recommend! Wines had great and distinct flavor. We bought a bottle and already opened it today :)
  • On a weeks break to Gozo, my friends and I came across Tal-Massar Winery. We booked a few days in advance. None of us being wine experts decided it would be an experience to learn about wine, but really we wanted to drink some local wine (in complete honesty!) However, we were totally blown away by Anthony's knowledge and passion for his wine and country. We threw so many questions his way (many of us with science backgrounds) but I feel we all came away with a new and genuine intrigue and appreciation for wine, but especially Anthony's wine which is grown in such harsh conductions (dry mostly!) These conditions and Anthony's hard graft create his wonderful whites, superb rosé and delicious dessert reds. And don't worry, you won't have to spit the wine out either! On behalf of my friends, we were all in awe of the beauty and tastes of every wine we tried and the stunning scenery his vineyard overlooks. On top of that, Anthony's wife was amazing! Our taxi driver was outrageously late and we did not get an apology from him. He caused us to be 30mins late. After she gave him a good talking to, she arranged for another driver who was more reliable! Overall super happy, bought a few bottles between us and we all left with huge smiles =)
