TCP was mooted by Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Samsuddin Bin Osman. The construction was started by end of 2005 and completed in mid 2009. TCP is referred to a green area that developed with some of extreme sports facilities to fulfil the young generation's demands towards the sport. Among the extreme sport facilities developed here are :

* Thrill Park

Public spaces for youth especially who loved extreme sport such as skateboarding,BMX,traceur and even traveller. It’s a centre that have a well facilities and open design to cater local and foreigner.
This is kinda my favourite place to go now because the surface is quite good and a lot of ramp to practice your air
