長野、軽井沢からの観光列車。食事がとてもおいしい。また、全国的にも貴重となった１１５系に乗車できるのもうれしい。 more »Sightseeing train from Nagano and Karuizawa. The food is very good. In addition, it is also nice to be able to ride the 115 system that became valuable nationwide.
水戸岡デザインのしなの鉄道観光列車です。食事つきのクルーズプランが人気ですが、指定席券購入での乗車プランで木を多用した車内を楽しむことができます。 more »It is a railway sightseeing train of Mioka design. Cruise plans with meals are popular, but you can enjoy a car with a lot of wood in the ride plan by purchasing a reserved seat ticket.
I took "Rokumon No. 2" from Nagano Station to Karuizawa. Different seating layout for each vehicle, japanese food of two-tiered (delicious!) I was able to enjoy. When you leave Nagano Station, you leave with the attendant's spiral shell. Stop at some stations (walking around the garden in front of the station at Komoro Station), people at the head office of the Shina Railway and kindergarteners along the line waved their hands, ah! Time has passed in the meantime.
I used the Rokumon No. 3 winery course. The second wine was wrong and was less than the usual amount. Therefore, I received an explanation of the payment of the cocktail when I ordered it from another staff and was carried to it though the cocktail was explained free of charge. I didn't know which was right, confused the customers and gave them anxiety. On top of that, i asked the staff for dessert because the dessert did not come even after 15 minutes of arrival at the end, and the dessert that was carried was only one serving, and it was cut. I took a sightseeing train with various meals, but this is the first time I've been busy during the busy season. I think that it is a sightseeing train only if all meals can be properly served. I was very sorry for the amount I was looking forward to. It is only one thing, but this time I felt that I was not able to provide a service commensurate with the ride price. I want you to make sure that such a thing is never happened again. I was interested in other courses, but I'd like to see the ride for a while. I hope it will get better in the future.
