This is the only station in Japan that was built to convey the tradition while making salt by "fried beach type" which has been transmitted to the Noto region of "Michinoeki SuzuShiotamura". In other words, this is a salt museum. When I came to Noto, I arrived at the facility when I wanted to see the salt field of the yang-beach type. What! I was experiencing handmade salt making in the project "Delicious Ramen"," which was aired here on The Iron Arm D ASH. There is a tasting corner in the salt warehouse market, and the general salt is only a lot of fresh, but Okunoto-fried beach salt is said to be "umami salt" as it is said to be due to the sake of the paste which contains minerals. I wanted to eat this freshly cooked rice and the rice. Rice brings out salt, and salt produces the umami of rice. But 100g ¥600- is a little too expensive? Salt Museum 100 yen You can learn about salt and experience actual salt making. The sea of Okunoto spread out beside the museum, and salt was made from this beautiful sea.
