  • A temple of the Soto sect founded in 1597 near Samukawa Shrine. The main image is a statue of Buddha Nyorai. This is the bodhi temple of the priests of Samukawa Shrine. The Tongarashi Jizo, which is said to be able to remove warts when red peppers are knitted, is famous, and when I visited, a ring of peppers connected to a string was placed on my wrist.

  • I visited Samukawa Shrine on foot from Miyayama Station on the JR Sagami Line, and i stopped by because it was near by. There are a lot of small Jizos under the monument and the big Jizo. Have. It's new year, but there were only a few people.
