Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine, Omiya

4.5
Explore the sprawling complex of Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine, featuring many religious structures, set in rich greenery, and lacquered with red paint. Supposedly established in 473 BCE, during the reign of Emperor Kōshō, this ancient site has since been repaired and reconstructed various times, due to lightning strikes and other disasters. Once you enter through the tall, vermillion gate, you'll observe a handful of secondary shrines before coming across a serene pond. After crossing the pond's arcing bridge, you find the imposing Romon Gate and the entrance to the main shrine grounds. Bring your camera, as the site offers many photo opportunities. • Perhaps because I've been familiar with it since I was a child, I learned that the shrine is a historic shrine called Musashi Ichinomiya. Don't forget how to worship and the local god... It becomes more and more fun to see historical books and maps. Japan's first yusen is the name of the onset of Hikawa Shrine. The famous Mr. Mansaku Nomura did the firewood Noh of seeing in the precincts, but the Noh was difficult, but I felt like I went to a wonderful world just by the atmosphere. In addition, when changing the water of the pond, the snake from the river where there is no water (sweat) management is laughing that the snake is also the god body of Hikawa-sama, but I was a little surprised. It seems to be a plan to recover the fireflies to a beautiful river rich in spring water, so you can visit fireflies once a year. When I talk about Hikawa Shrine, it's hard to tell, but it's the number of stalls that surprise people who come for the first time on the day of the festival. It is one of the pleasures to open a store with about four rows in a lot of places nearly half of the long approach of 2km.

  • Founded in 2000 years. There is a history. Tokyo is destroyed by World War II and the Great Kanto Earthquake, but this one survives. Enshrines the life of Susa. It continues from the country of Yamato.
