Considered the birthplace of skiing in the country, Nozawa Onsen opened in 1924 and still manages to keep up with the times, fitted with modern high-speed lifts, two gondolas, and long, fast runs. With slopes and environments for all abilities and disciplines, the park offers lessons, laid-back beginner runs, intense 39-degree speed slopes, half pipes, and moguls. Pathfinders looking for fresh powder can expect 10 m (32.8 ft) of snowfall here a season, with new deliveries never far away. After all that, soothe your aching muscles in the natural onsen at the base of the mountain. Plan my trip to Nozawaonsen-mura with suggested itineraries provided by Inspirock.

  • The ski area is soft and fukafka and it's great, and the depth makes it easy to go down the long distance. Especially, there are a lot of areas where there is not heavy snow in the yamabiko area near the top, and it is slippery and is the highest because the snow is soft on the cobb slope. This area seems to have a lot of skiers from overseas, especially in Australia, and it is often talked about in the lift. After skiing, you can enjoy the hot spring town and the outside hot spring tour, and the center of the city is lively until the night, and there is no shortage of fun other than skiing. I think that there is a good thing which can not be tasted in other ski trips that can be enjoyed enough even for the person who does not ski well because there are various ways of enjoying it during the stay.

  • Warm water is high with gentle hot water. I was told that it worked on muscle fatigue, but that's right. The stiff neck of the long trip became light. I entered in a place called my hometown.... Bathing fee is 500 yen, but if you show the ticket of the paid parking lot (500 yen), it is 100 yen discount up to four people. Two baths are hot water (45°C) and slimy (41°C). There was one open-air bath with different spring quality. The fresh water by the entrance is cold and delicious. Recommended.
