Shiroyama Elementary School Reviews
長い時が流れ当時の痕跡がそのまま残されているのはかなり貴重になっていると思います。写真とは比較にならないリアルな存在で、開発のための解体から免れて長く維持されることが期待されます。 more »I think that it is quite valuable that the trace of the time at that time is left as it is as it flows for a long time. It is expected to be kept for a long time, immune from dismantling for development, in a realistic presence that is incomparable to photography.
小学校の中にある建物で、誰でも見学できます。原子爆弾の被害を受けた校舎が現在は記念館となっています。 当時の資料や、子供たちの平和についての学びを見ることができます。 more »It is a building in the elementary school, and anyone can visit it. The school building that was damaged by the atomic bomb is now a memorial. You can see the materials of the time and the learning about the peace of children.
Sympathetic, powerful, disturbing and compelling in equal measure. An absolute must for all to visit in order to understand our shared past in order that it never ever be repeated.
Impressive underground construction for a very impressive experience. To me this place was mainly about testimonies about people who have been through this. Watching these people (videos) and reading others was is quite heartbreaking. At the same there is a paper crane workshop right in the middle, full of colors and kids having fun. It’s another main aspect of the bombings I discovered in both Nagasaki and Hiroshima, how Japanese people are turning these disasters into both a indelible memory and optimistic lesson for the future.
