  • Wonderful place! I volunteered at the farm for 6 weeks and had an unforgettable experience. The surrounding are so pretty and it's definitely worth visiting, either as a volunteer or as a customer for the fruit picking. The host was very generous and kind; he made sure that all the volunteers were well taken care off and he taught us a lot about how to grow fruits! All in all, it was a lovely experience.
  • Awesome place with a lot of fruits to choose from depending on the season. Staff is very friendly, if you come for fruit picking, they will show you around and tell you how to choose the fruit as well. Fruit itself is amazing, big, juicy and delicious. We had the luck to try peaches, plums, nectarines and also first apples, all of these are unforgettable. Kazu-san, the owner, takes great effort to grow his fruits in the best possible way. His orchard is internationally famous, but the prices for which he offers his fruits are still more than reasonable, especially for that kind of quality. I have no other than good things to say about Nakagomi Orchard, I recommend to stop by to anyone with a car who travels around Japan. Weekends are mostly booked, so check the availability, but weekdays are okay. Wonderful experience!
