  • I've been there many times, but this is the first time I've found out. Koyasu's tower is not a tower of Kiyomizu-dera Temple, but a tower of Kiyomizu-dera Temple. There is a legend that the tosei temple of Kiyomizu-dera Temple was built because Emperor Seimu and Empress Mitsuaki prayed for the birth of the child, and it was born safely. Tai-san and Anmaternal are the same words. The Tower of Koan was originally located on the south side of the Nino gate, but was relocated to its current location in 1911. It may come off from a tourist point of view, but the main hall of Kiyomizu-dera Temple as seen from the Koyasu tower is in a sense spectacular.

  • Much less crowded, with great views of the Hondo and the other other buildings at the Kiyomizu Temple
  • Hidden in the forest. Neat little place for a rest and views of the city.
