  • In a role in the Korea sending troops of Hideyoshi invasions of Korea and Ming where the nameless of the fallen soldier's nose. Gorintou was built on the burial mounds of fill are the toyokuni shrine in the neighborhood. We can't help but think toyokuni shrine is a shrine dedicated to Toyotomi Hideyoshi in bright impression of the place, but this is where harks back to a history of misdeeds by the opposite of Hideyoshi. I think is because if that is the Korea sending troops of Hideyoshi savagery in the disgraceful history. Visit here is, of course, very solemn, and instinctively my hands together. May also be caught in Japan-Korea relations with Japan, but this historic savagery by Hideyoshi is the impossible, such as clearing forever, what is the war. I wish peace to avoid things like this country is 2 degrees.

  • Front-Dori shichijo-Dori is crowded with tourists who go to Kyoto National Museum, 33 across the Hall, but toward toyokuni shrine, Houkou-ji Temple is from the hit of this mimizuka widening further toward toyokuni shrine, but almost not see the tourists. I bloody place? Is a tower for the soul of Korean people who were sacrificed in Hideyoshi's invasion of Korea.

  • to be acutate, 185738 noses of Koreans and 29014 noses of Chinese were buried here. this was from invasion of Korea led by Hideyoshi. Ming China and Lee Korea fought together against the Hideyoshi forces.
  • Important historical location of tragedy in Korea during Hideyoshi's war there in the 1500s. Over 20,000 noses and ears of Koreans buried here. But the placards describe almost nothing.
