  • Although compared with the world's largest aquarium, the Kyoto aquarium has fewer animals and has a small ground, but there is still a degree of intent in the discovery of the country's zoo. The sink showing the native aquatic animals in the waters near Kyoto is very shocking.

  • I want to visit ago. Entered in the timing exactly sees a dolphin from the 2:00 PM. 3 dolphin show jumping show. Contents in collaboration with the controller. Hall was almost full. From watching the show, visited the Park. There were more than 10 penguins. Hordes of sardine and whale sharks swam in big tanks. Other jellyfish or larger crabs, hidden Anemone. It is sufficient, if less than two hours.

  • Nice selection and presentation of marine life. Not too big, especially compared to Osaka aquarium, but has a better selection of freshwater life. The dolphin show, on the other hand, felt a little contrived and somewhat out of place (quite literally too, considering the poor creatures are in a pool full of artificial seawater in the mountains)
  • The aquarium is definitely on the smaller side, but there are interesting exhibits unique to Kyoto to see. The dolphin performance was good fun, but if you've seen dolphins perform before it will be nothing new. The food is alright but a bit overpriced, as you'd expect. Overall, it's clean and painless to navigate. A solid "ok."
