Jisyu Shrine, Kyoto

3.8
Those who have romantic worries of all varieties might want to take a chance on Jisyu Shrine. Dubbed “the Cupid of Japan,” the shrine has served love-seekers for 1,300 years, allowing visitors to pray for help from various gods, either to fend off love rivals or increase the longevity of a current relationship. If you're seeking true love, however, you'll have to traverse the space between two magical "love stones" with your eyes closed. Legend has it that if you manage to find the second stone, placed 10 m (32.8 ft) from the first, your wishes for love will be granted. • This shrine is well worth a visit, in addition to praying for good news, around the wind is still very beautiful, there are a lot of special photos such as the love of Stone, because of the white Rabbit, and so on, but a lot of people, the place is not too big, so stay about 15 minutes to continue to visit Kiyomizu Temple. There's going to be a chance to come back later.

  • It is a God of the Sai Temple which was indeed a rich marriage. Women interested in beauty and good match is an extra thing is proposed. First around the shimogamo shrine near Kawai (draw EMA in cosmetic beauty for himself / herself) shrine and Yasaka Shrine sessha beautiful imperial, (famous for beautiful prayers and beauty water), Yasaka koshin Temple (famous for good match and tying monkey) and the Jishu shrine (good match). If there is a time to visit the shrine imamiya (marry). This is love power spots in Kyoto.

  • A fun shrine to visit if you’re single and looking for love
  • Jishu Shrine is a shinto shrine inside Kyomizu temple. It's the shrine that represents love, you can buy okimujis that tell if you'll have a good luck in finding your soul mate in that year. You can find a lot of rabbits decorating the place, because a rabbit was the assistant if the god of love.
