  • ATAGO shrine is around visited good sightseeing in Kyoto, and haven't done so already. To climb in the afternoon because it was seen "first" I want to go to the next morning "mortal pilgrimage" from 7/31 night you're going anyway, but the next day, one day made in Gion. Normally, as well as climbing the mountain so no hiking, climbing on Mt. Atago, was a little unsettling. With no seasonal pattern, clothing, drinks out on the net, is equipped with Luc in PET bottle wheat 500mlx3, raincoat, thermal towel got drink 500mlx3, 100 yen. Started to slowly climb from the trailhead of kiyotaki, taking pictures along the way, always stop at the break point, was not unreasonable. People get when you cross a climb and descent YASU, 掛keatte and climbing YASU and voice to people, so encouragement

  • Standing on the Summit of Mount ATAGO in Kyoto City's sacred mountain shrine among the national headquarters. Known as the shrine of the miracle hibuse (extinguished) than the old. Every year, from 7/31 night 8/1 early followers to visit the mortal pilgrimage (ennnichimairi) is famous. Is said that it is of equivalent hibuse, fire protection and worship. It is humbled and climbed over nearly two hours, about 4 km to body and soul, so around a sacred precinct.
