    just pay an admission ticket and you can see the cranes playing dancing singing and flying in/out. you can also walk to the next door akan crane centre to see a mini exhibition. opening hours are...  more »

    An interpretive centre for the Japanese Crane, there are several in captivity so even if you cannot see them in the wild, at least a few are here to see what they are like. The pens are large enough to at least roam around. The interpretive centre has a lot of information about the cranes including its life cycle. Very friendly staff who can speak some English. Take advantage of a unique pass where you can visit different crane centers and observation areas for a reduced price.
