  • When Yoshisada Nitta attacked Kamakura, there was the main line of the Nitta army. It is said that it was built in the third year (1336) of Kenbu. It is a famous temple with a history. By the way, the approach The sign next to "This is the road in Kamakura City. It's not a temple road." It seems to be with Kamakura city somehow.

  • Kushinji temple is a temple of the Jodo sect located in the timber constellation of Kamakura. The founding is 3 years (1336), the kaimoto is Yoshisada Nitta, and the main son is Amida Buddha. When Yoshisada Nitta who dedicated the imperial court attacked Kamakura, it is said that the camp was set up as "inside back" of the site of this Kushinji temple, and uchiurayama which is the mountain name of this nine article temple seems to come near the origin. Kushinji Temple is located in a residential area, which is a 3-minute walk from The Timber House Coast. As a brand new, large jizo-sama approach to the eye-catching approach, a mountain gate stands with the flat amount of "Uchiurayama". Just to the left, as i passed through the gate, i was standing alongside The Stone Buddha of The Six Jizo, which had six bodies embossed all over the place. Peonies bloomed in the garden, and white wisteria was in early bloom. When I opened the front door of the back of the left hand and asked for a red seal, I had you write a red seal of Amida Buddha of the main son, a red seal of The Holy Kanseion, and a red seal of the kind written with the southern great master.

  • Upon first inspection I was impressed with the principle image inside the main hall. Extremely rare here in Kamakura, the Buddha here is slender. By the way, you do not need to take the bus to get here, just walk from Kamakura Station.. It'll take about 30 minutes on foot.
  • Also worshippers of the decoration of the Temple of the Jodo sect of the Kamakura, new year's day to visit signs of its history, clean good air-conditioning, was studied.
