  • Jōkōji Station is 350 metres from the entrance to the hotel. We pay 100 yen for cooperation and see four discontinued tunnels. It was three hours to go to the discontinued route and put lunch on the river. We need a flashlight. We sell lunch (500 yen) in front of the tunnel No. 5, and there are also wooden playground equipment for children to play on the way. You can also enjoy the autumnal leaves and valleys. We are overwhelmed by the construction process that piled up bricks of this tunnel. Thanks to the people who discovered this discontinued tunnel group.

  • And local volunteers, good luck, because whatever's revived the old tunnel, as an industrial heritage! And not just a little bit more natural game and I am happy when the event has various entertainment and fun!

  • It is published twice a year in spring and autumn, only for a limited time. I went to the public this autumn. It was very nice to see the autumn foliage match the taste of the old tunnel. The maintenance of the Aigi Tunnel group and the operation of the public are all done by the volunteer of the NPO Corporation. I think that this tunnel group is a wonderful industrial history heritage, so I hope that local municipalities, such as Aichi and Kasugai City, will cooperate more with the maintenance and operation.

  • It is open to the public in spring and autumn. I went there twice in the spring. I was able to walk comfortably in the fresh green. The tree of the big autumn Leaves is a masterpiece. We also sell snacks and alcohol, but it's also a great way to bring your own.
