  • I went out thinking that I wanted to see the stone Buddha of Oita kuni east once. From the parking lot, Kumano Ma cliff pass was a fairly steep road like going up the stone stairs of Mt. Fuji with stone stairs. There was a lot of sawa-an here and there, and i felt nature very much, but there was no atmosphere of the tourist spot at all, and it was a place like going to the training place. Because it was leather shoes because it stopped by on the business trip, it was difficult to go down to the parking lot. There seemed to be a shrine above the cliff Buddha, but I couldn't feel like going up very much. The other cliff Buddha was almost close to the plain, so it was not too painful, but it was a Buddha that the hardship of the person who made it was soaked in the body.

  • On the way, eh, here? It was in the mountain which was so dense that I thought. I was advised to use a cane and borrowed it, but it was correct. We were in our 30s and we climbed for about 10 minutes. I climbed a pretty steep rocky staircase and by the time I arrived, it was hethet. It might be severe for the elderly. The cliff buddha was powerful.

  • The upper part of the staircase is like a random stone pile up, which is a little hard to climb up. You should get a walking pole at the entrance.
  • Buddhas in the cliff face. A unique and stunning place, with an enjoyable walk up to the top
