Discover world of Japanese condiments at Daio Wasabi Farm, Japan's largest such farm with a picturesque network of streams, watermills, and walking trails. Extending over 15 hectares (37 acres), the lush landscape offers not only the perfect conditions for wasabi production, but also a scenic wetland to explore. Follow the streams fed by the Northern Alps to see neat lines of crop and old-fashioned watermills installed for the 1989 Kurosawa Akira film "Dreams."
