  • Without a doubt, this was the highlight of my wife Jenny’s and my vacation to Venice. My mother was of Italian heritage; my wife of full Italian heritage. We both grew up devouring Southern Italian food. Both of us learned how to cook it as well. Over the years our taste evolved to Northern Italian cuisine. When an opportunity arose to take a class at this exquisite B & B, we both jumped at it. The class went far beyond our expectations; the learning experience, wonderful. Moreover, the warm and genuine hospitality of Marika and her staff touched us, and will be cherished by us for years to come. While in Venice, Jenny and I couldn’t recommend Acquolina more. Go, you won’t be sorry!
  • Just the perfect experience! A must for anyone who enjoys cooking. Marika was incredibly welcoming and warm. Generous of her person and an outstanding teacher. My husband and I are both quite experienced home cooks and feel we have learned a lot. Her kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. The recipes we cooked were all great and we had so much fun making them and eating everything we made afterwards. The whole experience was beyond our expectations. Thank you Marika for such a great time. Élisabeth & Braunyno
