Blarney Woollen Mills, Blarney

4.2
One of the premier manufacturers and retailers of Irish textiles, Blarney Woollen Mills produces Ireland's famous rope-knit sweaters. Other gifts, such as porcelain and linen, are also sold both at the shop and online. But the online store can't offer you the old-fashioned ambiance of the shop and mill. Housed inside a historic brick mill house, the attraction shares the property with a small hotel with ivy-covered walls. While the mill preserves the tradition of Irish crafts, it integrates the latest fashions into its sweater designs. Take a virtual tour of the attraction using the website, or stop by the storefront to browse the racks of well-crafted garments and collectibles. • Coffee and carrot cake very nice. Vast array of goods to see while shopping. Great to see so many foreign visitors. Well worth visit.
  • Looking for anything Irish sold in Ireland? Check it out. Not sure where to send visitors for stuff to bring home with. Try that place. There's also a cafe which is a great option to go to with family for breakfast, lunch or cake and coffee. The shop and cafe are next to each other. Typically busloads of tourists there to also check out the Blarney Stone. It doesn't really hurt the place though, it's gotten used to it
