I had a really good time at YTC Varanasi following the morning Yoga and Pranayama classes. Teachers were knowledgeable, gentle and adapted the poses to the level of each individual student. A happy atmosphere; you will leave with a smile on your face.

I made the TTC200h in Yoga Training Center and Level 1 and 2 of Reiki and it was amazing experience. Sunil and Sharad have very distinct personalities and they can bring you so much different and important knowledge for your yoga/spiritual path. I loved everything, from living and sharing everything with the family, from Sunil knowledge from many different subjects and his particular humour and laugh, and Sharad more phisically chalanging professor and a philosopher by genes. You cant find many schools with this kind of approach specially in Rishikesh. It's a see you soon! There is still so much to learn from them. Thank you 🙏😍
