SUP in Crete, Chania Town

A real highlight of or trip. We were picked up from our hotel in Chania and taken to a beautiful quiet cove. The standard of tuition and the quality of the equipment was great. Our eight year old son was paddling away before we knew it, under the gentle and patient tuition of Stefanos. A trip around the headland to a shallow bay for a snorkel and a look some fishes and reef, and then we paddled back to the dock. The driver even took us to visit an orthodox monastery on the way home. Definitely recommend.

A great SUP tour, we spent 2hrs with Socrates paddling around some of the beautiful coves of Loutraki Bay, to paddle, swim and jump off the rocks too. It was early April and the super quiet, but Stefanos the owner, came to pick us up at our hotel and dropped us back. The equipment was new and they made sure we were comfortable with the paddles and boards before we set off. They had all the gear including, new long and short wetsuits and light weight fast drying fleeces to make sure we enjoyed the experience. Equally if you wanted to go without any of this I’m sure that wouldn’t have been a problem. Socrates even took a GoPro so they captured the whole thing... so we’re looking forward to getting the email link to relive the experience. There was a choice of different length tours, for different levels, also do SUP yoga (on request!). Super polite, super friendly, super good value, we will definitely be back. Amazing!!! PS.
