Fiji Eco Tours takes on a drive up to the mountains and valley passing through cane fields and villages along the way to the famous "Mountain of the Sleeping Giants". Nestled at the foot of these mountains is the ancestral village, our first Christian village. This was the cannibal village later converted to Christianity around 200 years ago.

Fiji Eco Tours also takes you on a 15km dirt road through scenic farmlands and lush tropical rainforest just outside the "Sugar City" of Lautoka. Abaca is also home to Koroyanitu National Heritage Park. A short stop on the way for you to take pictures of the beautiful panoramic view of the Mamanuca & Yasawa group of islands as well as the entire Lautoka city area.

Fiji Eco Tours takes you to the Old Limestone Quarry that was used for cleansing of Gold bars in Vatukoula at the beginning of the 20th century and the trek to the ancestral limestone cave 'Oho' the largest cave in the South Pacific, which was the village & fortification site and was regarded as one of the first Fijian settlement four thousand years ago.

Fiji Eco Tours takes on a 2hrs 30mins drive through Lautoka City, Ba Town and the beautiful valleys and picturesque hillsides and great views to Navala. Once at the top of the mountains range, you will have a great panoramic view of the Yasawa group of islands. Set amidst the stunning mountains on the Ba River, Navala is a 200 year old picturesque village built in the old ways, preserving the traditional native 'bure' or thatched hut. Navala is home to roughly 1000 people.
