  We were able to see this original church by its design and shape with large columns. Unfortunately surrounded by scaffolding and closed to the public. Access to the place of fact via a stony but quite passable pass road. The place offers a very nice panorama.

  We visited the small church at the foot of Sveti ROK in December in brilliant sunshine, it was a great trip. The directions from the B54 by Modrici Southerner coming brilliant track with constant views of the mountains was the absolute highlight, great scenery, the last 2, 5 km. The Church itself looks more like a Hellenistic temple building mixed with Ottoman influences, very photogenic in any case, I have made many recordings and enjoyed the time. On this day we have seen 2 other people within several hours in this area, the rest, the fresh air, all wonderful. Bottom line: Who comes to Zadar must look over here. If you arrive between April and November, you can arrive also from the other side from the motorway exit "Sveti Rok" over the mountain pass, this one may not drive over but in the winter, therefore the alternative route from the South.

  Last stop on our mountain safari Tour on the mountain itself. Very nice view. The tourguide told us the whole story of this place from times of civil war. Very interesting.
