Look down over Quebec's highest cascade from atop a suspension bridge at Parc de la Chute-Montmorency. Plunging from a height of 83 m (272 ft), the falls stand 30 m (98 ft) taller than the more famous Niagara Falls. During the colder months, the falls feature a cone of ice known as the Sugar Loaf at their base. Ride a zipline or walk along a clifftop trail in the surrounding park; feel free to bring food with you for a picnic. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Quebec City holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Parc de la Chute-Montmorency and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

This was a great idea to stop and see, walked to the top and all around it, beautiful site, I liked it better than Niagara Falls. more »
Amazing place to spend half a day or so. $8 to get in by foot or extra if driving. Lots of street parking just outside so I’d recommend to to park outside. The steps which take you to the bottom of the falls are really worth it, do keep in mind you’ll have to climb up the stairs (approx 50 flights!) worthy of an afternoon especially during fall.
Beautiful waterfall in Quebec city and a must-see! The entry fees was only $8 per person. For those who love nature and zip lining I'd recommend you to visit. It's beautiful during the fall season. Seems to be great for a picnic too!
