Emailed about a cabana a week ago, no response. Bought the cabana anyways as it says up to 6 guests. Nowhere does it show you have to purchase wristbands also. Lo and behold we get to the desk and now there’s a $50 charge per person and the manager states they don’t offer refunds. Like why would I rent a cabana without wristbands! To watch everyone have a good time?!? She also states that she was the one who answers all the emails so obviously she doesn’t do her job properly. Held hostage for $150 extra at the door with excited kids in tow, what the hell! Manager did reduce the charge to $100 (which was only the “special” rate anywhere else online) but this place is NOT worth the $250 for 3 people and one baby. The young lady at the counter was helpful and friendly. The manager is blasé and doesn’t care. Be warned; the wording for the cabana DOES NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING BUT A BOOTH! There’s no service, it’s not exactly quiet, and it costs regular admission to get in AFTER the fact!
We went on a Thursday with a group of friends & everyone had a great time. We got tickets threw Costco. It seems to be the cheapest we could find for the day of purchase. The locker rooms & washroom were very clean!! The wave pool was fun& pretty mild, wished water was warmer. The slides were fun and the lines weren't crazy long. They offer free towels which was very helpful since we didn't pack any beach towels from home. I didn't give it 5 stars because the smell of chlorine is so powerful. My husband eyes were stinging. When my daughter didn't wear her goggles in the wave pool, her eyes were burning bad.
