Beware cancellation policy!. We booked this tour through an agent who did not inform us of the cancellation policy. Unpredictably, we had to cancel the night before and were reminded by the tour opertator that the policy published online meant we were not entitled to a refund. Of course we take full rsponsibility for not having checked the relevant policy but were surprised that none of our $380 was to be refunded. Lesson learned!. Not only will we not book with this operator in the future, having undertaken some research next time we will book a hire care and drive what are quite short distances (one site was only 15 mins from our hotel). In this way we can avoid being told what to look at, when to look at it and how long we can look at various sites. These days if you have a mobile phone you don't need a tour guide. Frankly, most of these tours are reminicent of a school field trip. Best of all you can take your own lunch and avoid being "treated" to an Aussie lunch of vegemite sandwiches and lamingtons.

What a great choice to go on a tour of the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation with Dean. A very personable and engaging guide with an obvious love for the area and the need to preserve the area for the enjoyment of generations that follow. We visited such beautiful environments and particularly loved Mossam Gorge, that we returned to days later. Would not hesitate in recommending this tour to others as tours are no more than 11 people.
