If you go to the Hunter, it is basically a rite of passage to go to the Smelly cheese shop. It is very overwhelming with choices of cheeses, cold meats, crackers and even some sweets. It's a crazy..... more »

Went on a Sat and during lunch hours and the place was jam packed into a small area with people coming in and out! The place has a lot of cheese and other local goods and breads. Lot of varieties. The staff are really nice and explains to you the differences while you taste. We also bought coffee and Hot food, but waited a long time for the food. All tasted nice and price are fair. The ice-cream is a bit different to others so try it out. Only thing was hard to find seat outside when we were there because there are so many people.

You cannot beat the view from the park. The cheese is lovely with a wide range but don’t hope to high for the ice cream.
