  The person I dealt with was very informative and she really knew what she was talking about. She was a pleasure to deal with and gave me excellent customer service. I'm excited to wear my UGG's when I go back to Canada!

  I would like to thank the very helpful staff at the store in Cairns, they took the trouble to advise on why their boots are far superior to the normal UGG boots you would buy, especially as I had seen a pair at a store nearby that were made in Vietnam !!!. I bought a pair for my niece who is really pleased with them and if I want any more I will order them direct and have them shipped to the UK Thanks again, exceptional service.
