Originally used as a colonial prison, St Helena Island National Park is now a national park and heritage-listed island. See ruins of several prison buildings and old convict settlements.   Fascinating island just a few kilometers off Wynuum foreshore. Listed for heritage reasons, the park includes early prison ruins, remnants of past agricultural activities and a small museum. Regular tours run from Manly Boat Harbour allowing access to the National Park.
