I am simply comparing this one to other major city botanic gardens. I was a bit disappointed in Brisbane's, it is not very big. The rainforest walk on the south bank is better more »

The Royal has been a nice restaurant for a while and really consistent with the quality of food and service. Everything I have tried was good but I want say that their pizza is one of the best in. Brisbane. The price is fair and the people that works there are really friendly. Love the fact that it is easy to find a park near by. Fully recommend it but make sure you book a table as it gets busy.

Usually okay for parking. Magnificent botany, sealed and safe paths for short or long walks. Maintained beautifully and creatively designed. The cafe has been upgraded. The planetarium is worthy of planning your visit, guest speakers are usually excellent. Brisbane city bus 471 stops right in front of the garden. Last bus during weekdays leaves gardens for city at 4:19 pm and weekends just after 5 pm.
