Fun, professional, easy going and very knowledgeable staff. Great value for money!! The cheapest tour we found, plus the food was delicious and catered for special diets. There was morning tea, lunch and a fruit afternoon tea which left us feeling full and sated. Aside from the stunning views, the ride out was heaps of fun! No need to book a separate speed / jet boat experience. They were also VERY respectful of a passenger with back problems. All in all, a fantastic time was had. Highly recommend.
The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The boat was an experience in itself with how fast it goes over the waves, it was really fun, much better than other tours where you can easily get bored on the boat in between stops. I'm not a confident swimmer so I was really pleased when the tour guide took extra care in making sure I was OK while snorkeling (a pool noodle and life jacket was provided if needed). Lunch was simple yet delicious and the cakes and biscuits it the morning were nice. 100% recommend ZigZag tours, literally cannot fault them!
